Presently the demand for New Zealand wine is still reasonably strong however the market still needs to align itself between ‘sellers wish price’ and ‘buyers requirement.’  This may take a little time so our recommendation is to hedge your bet and look at all opportunities as they arise.  You don’t have to sell all your wine now. Consider moving a percentage to generate cash flow and stimulate early sales.  Conditions could change and become more competitive if the market does not align and sellers start to compete against each other in the last quarter of the year. 

CONSIDER - There may not be as much bulk wine available from this vintage - but there are also not as many potential buyers!

New wine listings added to the website over the past week with price and volume reductions noted on existing listings.  Keep in mind that some parcels may be split by wineries so if there is something that may be off interest, it could be worth a look!

  • Sauvignon Blanc - 2010 vintage, All regions considered, Finished wine (Hot and cold stable filtered to <1 NTU), Multiples of 24,000 litres.  Total required is 200,000 litres +/-, $2.70/litre FOB (subject to quality)
  • Dry White Wine - N/V base wine, Could be any grape variety or varieties, Must be produced under SWNZ or NZWSMP procedures for verification, 96,000 litres required for export, Hot and cold stable filtered to <1 NTU, Under $1.80/litre
  • Pinot Noir - 2009 Marlborough, 10,000 litres, Under $6.00/litre
  • Pinot Noir - 2010 Marlborough, Client looking for table wine Pinot Noir, Must be of sound quality and colour, Present all offerings on volume
  • Pinot Noir Rose - 2010 Marlborough, 10,000 litres, Client looking for light colour Pinot Noir suitable for Rose
