Welcome to Wine Network’s Real Estate, a bulletin board showcasing properties around New Zealand, exclusively relating to the wine industry. Whether you are searching for property or land to purchase or lease, or looking to sell and want to target an industry specific viewer base, this is the place to be and be seen!
It’s simple. Just click on Place Listing, follow the prompts to place your ad and it’s done! Your ad will then be listed on our website for as long as you choose and all response to your ad will come directly to you. A representative of Wine Network will be in contact to confirm your advertisement once it has been approved. Expect an email confirmation from us shortly.
The cost to place an ad on our Real Estate bulletin board is a one-off, flat fee of just $200 NZD (+ GST). You can pay by invoice which is sent to your chosen e-mail address or by Credit Card using the providers below.
We will periodically send you a reminder of the listing. Wine Network does not take any commission from any sales. Your only cost is the listing fee. You negotiate direct with the buyer or seller. This listing is valid for a maximum period of 12 months.
We are not real estate agents; we solely provide a portal for clients to get their properties seen on the internet by the relevant wine industry viewers. Wine Network NZ Limited does not have any further involvement in the sale or purchase of any properties listed on this site.
Once you have completed the listing and followed the prompts, a shopping cart window will appear whereby you can add another listing in the Buy & Sell section or move onto Real Estate (vineyards, land, lifestyle blocks for sale or wanted to buy), Employment (place a job or place a seeker profile ) or Grapes (buy and sell) in which you can place multiple advertisements on the same invoice/credit card charge.
As well as providing all the necessary information regarding the product, the form is a virtual guarantee to any prospective purchaser that the product that they are considering to purchase complies with New Zealand’s Code of ‘Winery Record Keeping Practices’ as guide lined by New Zealand Winegrowers.
