A well made, bright fruited Bendigo Pinot Noir sitting in French Oak barrels (20% new, 20% 1 year old).  One barrel of the 10 was a barrel ferment, producing a richly textured, smoky component to the blend, while the other 9 barrels were filled after a short settle post pressing after being on skins for about 4 weeks (7 day cold soak, 7 day ferment, two weeks PFM).
