Methode Base Chardonnay/Pinot Noir.  2009 Marlborough Pinot Noir 42%, 2009 Marlborough Chardonnay 58%.  Grapes at harvest (average of many small harvests): Brix: 19.8 g/L, pH: 3.12, TA: 10.5 g/L.  Export spray programme.  100% Barrel Fermented, 100% Barrel Aged.  13 months in oak.  100% MLF.  Protein and cold stabilised.  Celluflux filtration - 18/06/2010.  Base wine has had slow oxidative aging in 12,700 litre fouder.  Analysis can be provided post filtration.  Base wine ready for triage.
