Hi
Trading in bulk and clean skin wine has continued throughout the last quarter of this year as companies look to secure stock, however, trading is moving a little slower than the start of 2018 due to the increase in production and a shift in market alignment.
Worldwide production in 2018 was 27.9 billion litres, a 13% increase from 2017 and likely to be the fourth largest production in the past 18 years. New Zealand's position as a premium producer is always under price pressure as buyers look for the best opportunities in a competitive retail sector.
Our advice is to look at all opportunities that are presented, especially if it is for part of a parcel.
