The 2017 grape harvest is underway with fruit already being picked in Auckland, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay and Marlborough. All the best to all grape growers and wineries for a fruit full harvest.
Presently the demand for New Zealand wine is reasonably strong however the market still needs to align itself between sellers wish price and buyers requirement. Exchange rates, under and over supply, tougher global economic trading and customer relationships all lead to challenging times. Our recommendation is to hedge your bet and to look at all opportunities as they arise.
